The Grace of Angels: Messengers of Light and Love

Since the dawn of time , angels have graced the pages of sacred texts, art and dreams – radiant beings of pure light who move between worlds, whispering guidance comfort and peace.  Their wings –  vast, ethereal, shimmering like the edge of a cloud at dawn – remind us of a love beyond material.  A love divine.  A love eternal.

To me, angels are more than stories in stained glass or symbols in ancient scripture.  They are companions of the soul.  They stand in quiet presence when we pray, and they sing when our hearts awaken to truth.  Their energy is soft, but mighty.  Comforting, but powerful.  And they never leave our side – even when the world feels dim.

What are Angels?

Across many traditions, angels are messengers of the Divine – celestial beings sent to support, protect and inspire humanity.  The word angel comes from the Greek ‘angelos’, meaning “messenger”.  Yet they are more than couriers; they are protectors, healers, guardians of destiny and sacred witnesses to our journey here on Earth.

In Christianity, we hear of Archangels like Michael, Gabriel and Raphael – each with a divine purpose and strength.  In Islam, angels are created from light and serve God in perfect obedience.  In mystical traditions and spiritual teachings across cultures, angels are luminous intermediaries between Heaven and Earth – ever- present, even if unseen.

I believe that the angels of the bible are extra terrestrials who came from a culture and civilization that was in existence before the earth was even formed.  They were and are here on business to establish and help humanity.  I have lots more to say about this but another time.

There are high spiritual beings in the astral world who come close to the religious concept of angels.  We all have our own personal guardian angel or guide and we can look upon our guide as an angel if we wish and that would at least show respect to someone who spends a lot of their astral time looking after our spiritual welfare.  Being spiritual beings in our own right, we are all ‘God’s Angels’ but don’t confuse your angel guide with the angels of the bible, these angels were extra terrestrials who fly in space craft and live on another planet.

People sometimes claim to be in contact with famous angels of the bible; they are deluding themselves and you if you believe them!  You need to be an Adept to communicate with them.  Jesus was an Adept,  we will discuss that in another blog.

But to believe in angels is to believe that love has wings.  That we are never truly lost, that even in our darkest hours there are unseen hands of our guardian angels lifting us towards light. As a psychic medium I feel their presence again and again – radiant and endlessly kind and wanting to connect with their loved ones.

So look for them in the glint of sunlight on a windowpane, in a feather that suddenly appears,  in the hush of your heart, or in the pages of an old poem.  They’re always near, wings outstretched, watching, guiding and loving.

For He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.”  – Psalm 91:11

With love and feathers,

Kristina.
